The private joint-stock company ” Emalkhimprom ” began its history in 1996. At that time, standard pipelines did not meet modern requirements and quickly corroded, but our company developed a revolutionary technology that significantly increased the service life of pipelines.
The method of applying environmentally friendly glass enamels by the slip method to the inner surface of pipes became a real breakthrough. This ensured high integrity of the coating and increased the service life of pipelines by 3-5 times. Today Emalkhimprom produces enameled pipes and fittings with diameters from DN 25 mm to 325 mm. We are the only ones in Ukraine who apply glass enamel coatings to such large diameters.
In addition to enameled products, we have mastered the production of pipes and pipeline parts, thermally insulated with polyurethane foam.
Our company produces heat-insulated pipes and pipeline elements with diameters from 25 to 426 mm for underground and above-ground installation.
Over the years, we have improved the technology of thermal insulation and enameling of pipelines, which has allowed us to achieve the highest quality products.
Main production:
- pipes and pipeline parts, thermally insulated with polyurethane foam;
- pipes and fittings with glass enamel coating on the inner surface;
- pipes with glass enamel coating on the outer surface;
- enameled pump and compressor pipes (PIP);

The production is located in the city of Kremenchug, Poltava region.
